With every Sentrio lift cabin Display Intercom comes 5-years of subscription to 2N’s Elevator Centre including access to extended functionality providing video stream from the lift cabin and text messaging facility. After 5-years a renewable license will be available. Elevator Centre allows user access partitioning to allow Sentrio’s to be accessed only by the intended, respective call centre or monitoring service.

2N Sentrio is designed to work with the 2N LiftGate gateway which can connect for calling, video and texting via 4G, or a fixed IP network with 4G as backup. One LiftGate can support two in-cabin Sentrio units and provides 4 hours standby and 1 hour operation time power backup, which is four times the EN81:28 standard requirement. Sentrio’s connect via ethernet (PoE) to the LiftGate Cabin Switch which is on the lift, perhaps placed behind COP, and that Cabin Switch also connects an IP (PoE) camera (ask your distributor for suitable cameras) which is power backed-up from LiftGate like the Sentrio, and up to further 2 peripheral IP devices can be connected like networked access reader, IoT, or multi-media display with remote/cloud content management (CMS), though those are not power backed up by LiftGate.
